Yemi is an accomplished lawyer with a strong academic background and diverse experience. With a master’s degree in International Commercial Law from Queen Mary, University of London, and an LL.B. from the University of Ibadan, she brings a global perspective to her practice. Yemi was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2007 and the Alberta Bar in 2023. She holds a Certificate of Qualification from the National Committee of Accreditation and has successfully completed the Practice Readiness Education Program (PREP) at the Canadian Centre for Professional Legal Education.

Yemi’s commitment extends beyond her legal practice; she is a dedicated volunteer with Calgary Legal Guidance (CLG) and the Calgary Immigrant Women Association (CIWA), where she provides valuable legal support to the community.

In her personal time, Yemi enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is a talented baker known for her delicious meat pies and enjoys watching KDramas.
